Maurizio Arametti

After studying at the University of Bern, Maurizio completed his doctorate at the University of Neuchâtel. He has many years of practical experience as a personnel developer in the financial services and logistics sector, several years of management and research experience and is also a lecturer at various universities. At Avenir, he conducts assessments and training sessions in German, French, Italian and English. He enjoys spending his free time with his family. His various sporting activities (especially endurance sports) also allow him to recharge his batteries and find inspiration for his day-to-day work.
